Yes, today I’m moving back to Sweden again after three exciting years in the U.S. (except for the Lyme Disease).
It has been very interesting to educate myself about food and health in the U.S. and during these three years. I can really see that a lot has happened like much more organic produce in an ordinary grocery store, much more knowledge about the danger of GMO foods and the knowledge about what wheat and other grains can do to our bodies. I hope America will wake up more and more when it comes to the danger of eating sugar and chemicals, that all the schools will be a sugar-free zone in the future (in Sweden also), and that all low-fat products stuffed with sugar and chemicals will disappear very soon.
I will continue with the blog as before, but now perhaps with more news from Sweden. Do you remember the posts I did about what happened in Sweden in September 2013? If not you have them here and here.
As I have written before, I think the winds will blow from Scandinavia to the rest of the world this time.
Good-bye America, thank you for having me, and I hope I can come back and visit again soon!
