This time it is an 80-year-old lady who has inspired the U.K. just by doing what she loves. This film has been shown over 18 million times the last two weeks.

Are you the CEO of your life?

We are one month into 2014; have you assessed yourself recently? Are you the CEO of your life? Do you take care of yourself? Are you on the top of the mountain? Here are some statements for reflection:

Diet:

  • I get enough nutrients and energy from real quality foods – quality not quantity.
  • I have eliminated, as much as possible, processed food with sugar, artificial sweeteners, and gluten/wheat. To get rid of inflammation, and to achieve good digestive and overall health.
  • I´m going to plan and cook almost all of my meals at home.
  • I sit by the dinner table, concentrating on the food and eating without stress.
  • I listen to my body what lifestyle/diet is best for me.
