If you love chocolate, as I do, I think you will like these delicious chocolate candies. It´s super easy, and it takes only 10 minutes to make them.

Put a chocolate bar, about 3,5 oz (100g) of good quality chocolate 70-85 % cocoa, in a bowl. Put the bowl in a hot water bath.

When the chocolate has melted add about 2 tablespoons of virgin coconut oil, and optional 2 tablespoon of heavy whipping cream.

Add any of the below to get your favorite taste of chocolate:
Cinnamon
Cardamom
Peppermint oil
Almonds
Coconut, shredded
Or other favorites

Once mixed, pour the mixture in small baking cups. In Sweden we have some really small ones but I haven´t found them here in the U.S.

Add some finishing touches; I did some creative coconut flakes, by decorating the chocolates.

Store the candies in a refrigerator for safe keeping. If you put them on a plate and add fresh strawberries or other berries, and perhaps some heavy whipped cream, you have a really nice gluten and dairy free dessert.
